Streamline cold topping service with the Delfield CTP 8146-NBP refrigerated countertop pan rail. At 46 inches wide, this raised condiment rail positions high-use ingredients within easy reach to accelerate make-line workflow and keep stations organized.
Dial in your mise en place with a 2" recessed pan area that holds (4) 1/3 size pans, and fine-tune layouts using the included (5) adapter bars. A hinged cover shields contents during downtimes and helps preserve presentation between rushes.
Built with a stainless steel top, front, and sides, this countertop unit is engineered for daily use on sandwich, salad, and pizza lines. The self-contained refrigeration and 1/5 hp compressor provide dependable, low-maintenance performance in busy commercial kitchens.
