Stage frequently used toppings in the included six 1/6-size pans on the chilled rail, then assemble orders on the polyethylene cutting board over the stainless steel work surface. Two refrigerated drawers keep backup ingredients close to the action to speed service in cafés, delis, and busy kitchens.
The 8.2 cu. ft. cabinet pairs a stainless steel front and sides with ABS interior sides for durable, easy-to-clean performance. A 0.3 hp system using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant supports dependable cold holding, while casters simplify movement for cleaning and maintenance.
