An 8-inch polyethylene cutting board spans the stainless top to slice, build, and plate efficiently. Two refrigerated drawers stage backup product, accommodating full-size pans so crews can reload the rail fast during rush periods. Durable stainless front and sides with ABS interior panels withstand daily wear in demanding kitchens.
Solid-state electronic controls maintain NSF-compliant temperatures from 33–40°F to protect product quality.
