Four refrigerated drawers hold backup product so lines stay stocked during rushes. A two-section, 20.20 cu. ft. cabinet with stainless steel front and sides and ABS interior sides stands up to daily kitchen demands. 5 inch casters and a front-breathing, rear-mounted system simplify placement and cleaning.
Chefs and operators can build salads, subs, and wraps efficiently while maintaining cold-holding from station to service.
