The Delfield D4460NP-8 is a 60-inch sandwich / salad prep table engineered to keep a busy line moving. A refrigerated rail holds up to eight 1/6 size pans so your most-used toppings and proteins stay within reach, while a polyethylene cutting board on a stainless steel top streamlines assembly. Below, a two-section, four-drawer base provides 20.20 cubic feet of cold storage for backup pans and high-volume ingredients.
Front-breathing, rear-mounted refrigeration allows flexible placement against walls or between other equipment, and 5-inch casters make cleaning and service access simple. ABS interior sides stand up to daily use and wipe down fast. Powered by a 0.35 HP system using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, this unit supports dependable holding for delis, cafes, and high-throughput kitchens.
Use it to build salads, subs, wraps, or mise en place on the board while replenishing from the drawers—maintaining an efficient workflow from prep to pass.
