Front-breathing, rear-mounted refrigeration supports tight installs against walls or other equipment to optimize space.
A stainless steel top with a durable polyethylene cutting board creates a clean, ready-to-serve work zone. The included (12) 1/6 size plastic pans neatly stage greens, proteins, and toppings for quick assembly of sandwiches, salads, and wraps. Drawers store additional pans and bulk ingredients to simplify changeovers during peak periods.
