Six refrigerated drawers organize back-up ingredients and prepped items, reducing restock trips during peak service. A front-breathing, rear-mounted refrigeration system helps you tuck the unit into tight lines without sacrificing airflow. 5-inch casters and durable ABS interior sides aid cleaning and upkeep between shifts.
