Product Description
Designed for professional kitchens, the Delfield DSLF3-G reach-in freezer delivers expansive, organized cold storage with clear product visibility. This three-section, 68.3 cubic foot cabinet pairs a top-mounted self-contained refrigeration system with locking, full-height hinged glass doors. LED interior lighting and a 4.3" easyTouch screen with remote monitoring provide visibility and at-a-glance temperature control.
Nine adjustable wire shelves on pilasters with shelf clips accommodate varied product sizes, while the exterior front, sides, and interior are stainless steel. Refrigeration uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and is driven by (2) 3/4 HP; the unit operates on 115v/60/1-ph, draws 13.9 amps, and connects with a NEMA 5-20P. The cabinet stands on six 6" adjustable stainless steel legs and is listed to UL and UL Sanitation.
