Product Description
This DSL Freezer is a pass-thru, two-section solution that provides access from both sides of the line. It offers 48.33 cubic feet of capacity and a top-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant. A 4.3" easyTouch® screen supplies temperature display and control with remote monitoring, and LED interior lighting improves visibility during pulls.
Operators get organized access with eight half-height hinged solid doors that lock to secure inventory. Six adjustable wire shelves on a pilaster with shelf clips adapt to changing menus, and the stainless steel exterior front, sides, and interior stand up to daily use and cleaning. Supported by four 6" adjustable stainless steel legs, this unit is powered by a 3/4 HP system, runs on 115v/60/1-ph drawing 13.9 amps with a NEMA 5-20P plug, and meets UL and UL Sanitation listings.
