Product Description
Drive a smoother service with this pass-thru, two-section heated cabinet engineered to keep product ready on both sides of the operation. Its 46.5 cubic feet capacity and (4) full-height hinged glass doors let teams stage, check, and access items quickly, while locking doors add security during peak traffic. Six adjustable wire shelves adapt to pans, trays, and boxed items for organized, efficient holding.
Operators get precise control from the 4.3" easyTouch® screen temperature display/control with remote monitoring, enabling quick checks and adjustments. A stainless steel exterior front, sides, and interior withstand heavy use and cleans down fast, and (4) 6" adjustable stainless steel legs help level the unit and improve floor access. Powered at 208-240v/60/1-ph and 13 amps with a NEMA 6-20P, it carries UL and UL Sanitation listings.
