Streamline service flow with a pass-thru, two-section heated cabinet built to keep menu items ready on both sides of the line. With 46.5 cubic feet of capacity and eight half-height hinged locking glass doors, staff can quickly view, access, and secure product without disrupting temperatures. Six adjustable wire shelves let you configure storage to match changing menu items and production volumes.
A 4.3" easyTouch® screen provides precise temperature display and control, while remote monitoring helps operators check holding status remotely. The stainless steel exterior front, sides, and interior stand up to daily cleaning and heavy use, and adjustable stainless steel legs simplify leveling. This unit connects on 208-240v/60/1-ph, draws 13 amps with a NEMA 6-20P plug, and carries UL and UL Sanitation listings to meet professional kitchen standards.
