The pass-thru, two-section heated cabinet streamlines back-of-house workflow with 48 cubic feet of capacity and four full-height hinged solid doors with locks. Six adjustable wire shelves and a stainless steel interior and exterior help you organize trays and pans while standing up to daily kitchen demands. A 4.3" easyTouch® temperature display and control with remote monitoring provides clear oversight at a glance.
Designed for efficiency, the pass-thru layout supports seamless access from both sides during prep and service. The cabinet sits on four 6" adjustable stainless steel legs for a stable setup in varied environments. It connects via 208-240v/60/1-ph, 13 amps with a NEMA 6-20P, and carries UL and UL Sanitation listings to support safety and code compliance.
