This mobile, 36-inch, 2‑well electric steam table stages entrées and sides at ideal serving temperatures while streamlining workflow on the line. Its stainless construction supports busy cafeterias, catering lines, and restaurant pass stations.
Individually controlled 12" x 20" wells with drains let you fine-tune heat for different menu items and speed cleanup. An 8" polyethylene cutting board enables on-the-spot carving, plating, or garnishing, while the stainless plate shelf keeps dishes within easy reach. The bottom shelf with a 3" rear riser helps organize pans and smallwares securely.
Casters enhance mobility for flexible placement during service or reconfiguration.
