Built for busy kitchens, the stainless steel top and drawer fronts resist wear while the front non-spill edge helps contain drips and splashes. ABS interior sides support fast wipe-downs and daily sanitation.
A side-mounted refrigeration system with an electric condensate evaporator supports straightforward placement and service access. Using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and powered by (2) 1/3 hp, this refrigerated chef base delivers reliable low-temperature storage, and 6" casters make it simple to roll for cleaning or reconfiguration.
