Its two-drawer chef base format positions cold storage directly beneath your cooking station to streamline prep and plating. At 56-1/4 inches wide, it integrates cleanly into varied cookline layouts.
Built for daily service, it features a stainless steel top with a front non-spill edge and stainless steel drawer fronts, paired with durable ABS interior sides that wipe down quickly. A side-mounted refrigeration system with an electric condensate evaporator provides dependable cold holding, using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/5 hp compressor.
