The Delfield F2987CP is a refrigerated low-profile chef base designed to streamline busy cooklines and speed service. At 87-1/4 inches wide with three sections and six drawers, it keeps chilled ingredients organized and within reach to reduce steps and boost throughput.
A marine edge stainless steel top with a front non-spill edge helps contain drips and simplifies wipe-downs, while stainless steel drawer fronts present a clean, professional look. Durable ABS interior sides handle daily use and clean up quickly between turns.
Its side-mounted refrigeration uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and an electric condensate evaporator to maintain consistent cooling and manage condensate automatically. Four-inch casters make it easy to reposition the base to reconfigure stations for line service, banquets, or seasonal menus. Pans not included.
