Measuring 30-3/4" W x 26" D, this cold food well holds two full-size 12" x 20" pans to keep signature salads, toppings, and chilled proteins ready for plating. Drop-in installation integrates cleanly into counters for a polished presentation and efficient workflow.
Load with ice to maintain cold holding without electrical connections, ideal for serving lines or remote stations. A removable perforated false bottom elevates pans above melt water, while a 1" drain speeds end-of-service cleanouts.
Built with a stainless steel top and interior and a galvanized exterior, the N8030 stands up to daily use and wipes down quickly between turns. A fit top gasket helps seal the counter opening, and NSF compliance supports your food safety programs.
