The Delfield N8181BP is a drop-in mechanically cooled cold food well engineered for high-volume lines. Measuring 81-3/4 inches wide by 26 inches deep, it integrates cleanly into an 80-3/4 inch by 25 inch cutout. Built for daily service, it accommodates a 6-pan size to keep popular items merchandised and accessible.
Drive consistent performance with a self-contained system using R404A refrigerant and a 1/3 hp refrigeration package. The insulated, 8-inch-deep pan supports efficient cold holding, while the stainless steel inner liner and top promote quick wipe-downs and a polished presentation.
Speed changeovers with a 1-inch diameter drain that streamlines end-of-shift cleanup. Included adapter bars make it easy to organize pans for salad bars, buffets, and cafeteria service, and the galvanized steel outer liner adds durability for busy operations.
