The Delfield N8231P drop-in frost top streamlines cold plating and dessert service for buffets, cafés, and catering lines. Its stainless steel 1" elevated top with a drain trough and 2" overhang supports clean presentation and fast wipe-downs.
A self-contained refrigeration system powered by a 1/4 hp compressor uses R404A refrigerant to create a consistent frosted surface that helps keep items chilled during service. Operators can quickly start or stop cooling with the simple on/off toggle switch to match prep and rush periods.
