The Delfield N8273P drop-in frost top helps you stage chilled desserts, salads, and small plates with a crisp, frosted surface that elevates presentation and speeds service. Operators can keep items at the point of service, reducing trips to the cooler and improving workflow on busy lines.
A stainless steel 1" elevated top with an integrated drain trough and 2" overhang contains condensation and makes wipe-downs quick between rushes. The self-contained system uses R404A refrigerant and a 1/3 hp compressor for dependable performance, while a simple on/off toggle switch streamlines daily operation.
Ideal for buffets, cafeterias, and catering stations, the N8273P integrates cleanly into existing counters. A 72-3/8" x 25" cutout simplifies installation, so your team can get up and running fast without extensive modification.
