The Delfield N8681P drop-in hot/cold food well streamlines service by holding six 12" x 20" pans in a single 81-3/4" unit. Its 8" deep single tank with drain simplifies changeovers and cleanup while preserving presentation on the line. A stainless steel top and well with a galvanized steel exterior housing stand up to daily commercial use.
Switch from hot to cold operation via the remote control panel featuring a single temperature control and three-way toggle switch. The self-contained refrigeration system with 1/3 HP utilizes R404A refrigerant for reliable cold holding.
