The single-tank, wet operation with a drain streamlines fill, hold, and cleanup routines between dayparts. A remote control panel with a single thermostat lets staff dial in holding temperatures without reaching over the hot well, improving workflow and control.
A stainless steel top and wells present cleanly and wipe down fast, while the galvanized outer liner stands up to demanding installations. Recess it into an 86-1/4" x 25" counter cutout to create a durable, built-in holding station for cafeterias, buffets, and production kitchens.
