The Delfield ST4460NP-12 is a 60" two-section sandwich/salad prep table designed to streamline make-line service. A front-breathing, rear-mounted refrigeration system keeps ingredients accessible while providing 20.20 cu. ft. of storage behind two doors. Use it to stage proteins, greens, and toppings for fast, consistent assembly during peak periods.
Prep directly on the stainless steel top with the included polyethylene cutting board, while the 4" stainless backsplash helps contain messes and maintain a clean presentation. Twelve 1/6 size plastic pans organize high-turn items, and a 1/1 GN shelf holds bulk backups inside the cabinet. Durable stainless steel front and sides with ABS interior sides stand up to daily use in busy kitchens.
