The front-breathing, rear-mounted refrigeration system supports consistent performance in tight cookline spaces. Two doors and (2) 1/1 GN shelves stage backup product for quick reloads during rushes.
Stainless steel front and sides and ABS interior sides endure daily wear in high-volume operations. Five-inch casters, two locking, simplify cleaning and repositioning, while R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 0.35 hp system deliver reliable cold holding across service periods.
