The Delfield ST4464NP-12M mega top sandwich/salad prep table streamlines high-volume make lines with organized, at-hand ingredients. Its two-section, 64-inch footprint and 21.60 cu. ft. interior give chefs room to stage proteins, produce, and dressings without breaking workflow.
Set (12) 1/6-size plastic pans into the stainless top and prep on the durable polyethylene cutting board, while a 4-inch stainless backsplash helps keep the station tidy. Two doors and two 1/1 GN shelves support backup storage for bulk items and refills.
A front-breathing, rear-mounted refrigeration system using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant supports efficient placement on crowded lines. Rugged stainless steel front and sides, ABS interior sides, and 5-inch casters with two locking casters simplify cleaning and repositioning.
