A front-breathing, rear-mounted refrigeration system with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant supports consistent cold holding while fitting neatly into tight cooklines.
Speed up assembly on busy lines with quick access to backups behind (3) doors and on (3) 1/1 GN shelves. Roll the unit for cleaning or repositioning on 5-inch casters, then lock two casters to secure it during service. The 24.80 cubic foot interior helps consolidate storage to reduce trips to reach-ins and keep service flowing.
