Its 24.80 cu. ft. cabinet gives you room to stage backups so crews can move faster and reduce trips to the walk-in.
Work cleanly on the polyethylene cutting board beneath the stainless steel top, while the 4-inch stainless backsplash helps contain messes and preserves presentation at the pass. Behind three doors, the interior includes (3) 1/1 GN shelves for flexible storage of tubs, condiments, and prep containers.
A front-breathing, rear-mounted refrigeration system supports installation against walls or in tight cooklines, and R290 refrigerant delivers efficient, responsible cooling. Durable stainless steel front and sides with ABS interior sides stand up to daily use, and 5-inch caste
