This two-section unit delivers 16.0 cu. ft. of refrigerated capacity and a (4) drawer base that stages high-use ingredients right where you work. A stainless steel top with a polyethylene cutting board and included (6) 1/6 size plastic pans streamline assembly during peak service.
Keep your line flexible with front-breathing, rear-mounted refrigeration that performs reliably in tight cooklines and against walls. The 0.3 hp system supports consistent cold holding while you prep, plate, and pass.
Built for daily service, it features a stainless steel front and sides with ABS interior sides for added durability. A 4-inch stainless steel backsplash helps contain messes, and 5-inch casters with two locking make cleaning and repositioning simple across delis, cafeterias, and high-volume kitchens.
