The Delfield STD4460NP-18M is a 60-inch mega top sandwich/salad refrigerator engineered to accelerate prep on busy makelines. A two-section, 4-drawer layout organizes proteins, produce, and backups while keeping the rail fully stocked. Chefs can stage high-turn menus for delis, pizzerias, and campus dining without sacrificing speed or access.
The stainless steel top with a polyethylene cutting board puts a generous work surface over a rail that holds eighteen 1/6-size pans (included). Stainless steel front and sides stand up to daily wear, while ABS interior sides resist dents and simplify cleaning. Use the deep drawers to rotate backups and reduce trips to the walk-in.
A front-breathing, rear-mounted refrigeration system with R290 refrigerant and 0.35 hp supports dependable cold holding in tight lines.
