The Dormont GI-150-K is a high-capacity commercial grease interceptor engineered for heavy-traffic kitchens. With a 150 gallons per minute flow rate and 300 lb grease storage, it captures fats, oils, and grease before they reach your drain lines to help maintain uptime and sanitation.
4-inch inlet and outlet with no-hub connections simplify installation across prep and warewashing zones. A skid-proof, gasketed cover and hex head center bolt provide secure, quick access during scheduled cleanouts. The removable baffle and double wall deep seal trap boost separation efficiency under peak loads.
An integral stainless steel flow control regulates the incoming stream to reduce turbulence and promote consistent intercept rates. Position it downstream of prep sinks, pre-rinse stations, and dish areas to keep maintenance predictable and service flowing. A smart choice for restaurants, cafeterias, and commissaries handling high FOG volumes.
