The Dormont GI-200-K grease interceptor (grease trap) handles high-volume FOG separation with a 200 gpm flow rate and 400 lb grease capacity. Built for busy foodservice operations, it helps streamline waste management between the cookline and dish area. Use it to help protect plumbing and keep back-of-house workflows moving during peak service.
4 inch inlet and outlet with no-hub connections speed installation and tie-ins. A skid-proof, gasketed cover and hex head center bolt(s) secure the lid for service access. The removable baffle simplifies cleaning and routine maintenance.
A double-wall deep seal trap and integral stainless steel flow control promote consistent separation and throughput. Ideal for restaurants, hotels, commissaries, and institutions managing heavy FOG loads. Choose this interceptor to support efficient kitchen operations.
