The Dormont GI-75-K grease interceptor is engineered to keep busy kitchens running smoothly by capturing fats, oils, and grease before they reach your drain lines. With a 75 GPM flow rate and 150 lb grease capacity, it supports sustained performance during peak service. Use it to protect plumbing downstream of pot sinks, dishwashers, and prep areas.
Streamline installation and service with 4-inch inlet and outlet connections and no hub connections. An integral stainless steel flow control helps regulate influent, while a removable baffle and double wall deep seal trap promote reliable separation. The skid-proof cover with a gasket and hex head center bolt(s) provides secure, straightforward access for maintenance.
