The Dormont WD-50 grease interceptor manages up to 50 gallons per minute while capturing 100 pounds of grease to keep drains clear in busy kitchens. Designed for dish rooms and prep lines, it intercepts fats, oils, and grease before they reach your waste line. PDI certified for verified performance.
An epoxy-coated steel body with a solid steel cover and gasket stands up to demanding service. A removable baffle assembly and deep seal trap with cleanout streamline scheduled maintenance and inspections. The external cast iron flow control fitting regulates inlet conditions for consistent separation.
Tie into 4-inch lines using no-hub connections to speed installation around pot sinks, dish machines, and scullery fixtures. For threaded connections, add "THD" to the end of the part number at no additional charge. Choose this grease trap to support smoother back-of-house workflow in high-throughput operations.
