Drive throughput and consistency with the Doyon 1T2 artisan stone deck oven. Two stone hearth bake decks and electric heating deliver reliable results for bread, pizza, and pastries at temperatures up to 600°F.
Programmable control on each deck and independent upper and lower elements let you fine-tune heat profiles by product. Self-contained steam injection per deck supports crisp crusts, sheen, and strong oven spring on artisan loaves.
Ecomode energy miser/governor helps reduce utility use during slower periods while keeping the oven ready for the next run. End-load access, a standard 8-inch deck height, and one-pan capacity per deck simplify loading and production pacing, while heavy-duty legs with casters ease installation and repositioning.
