Independent upper and lower elements and a 600°F maximum help dial in top/bottom balance and maintain pace during peak service.
Load two pans per deck through retractable doors to accelerate turns in tight aisles. Self-contained steam injection on each deck sets crisp, glossy crusts, while the standard 8" deck height suits everyday production. The Ecomode energy miser/governor reduces consumption between cycles, helping busy operations sustain throughput with less waste.
