The Doyon DRP3 is a countertop heated display case that keeps product hot while showcasing it clearly to customers. A three-shelf interior rack holds up to three 18" pizzas, ideal for pizzerias, cafes, concession stands, and high-volume service lines. Dial in holding conditions with adjustable heat control, while an inside water pan provides humidity to help maintain product moisture. Tempered glass on the front, sides, and doors highlights food from multiple angles, and a stainless steel interior and exterior withstand daily use and simplify cleanup.
