The Doyon JA8XR Jet-Air retherm convection oven streamlines high-volume reheating and finishing for cafeterias, healthcare, and catering operations. With capacity for eight full-size 18" x 26" pans, it helps batch retherm entrées, sides, and baked goods to service-ready temperatures with speed and consistency.
An integrated steam injection system (shot and pulse) refreshes moisture and appearance, ideal for cook-chill menus, par-baked breads, and prepped proteins. A reversing 2-speed fan promotes even airflow across every rack, supporting reliable results from the first to the last pan.
Touch screen programmable controls, a timer, and a delay timer let teams schedule production, standardize recipes, and reduce supervision.
