The Doyon CPF412 floor model bread slicer helps busy bakeries, cafes, and restaurant prep areas produce consistent 12 mm slices with speed and control. Capable of up to 100 loaves per hour, it streamlines portioning for sandwich programs, grab-and-go merchandising, and banquet service.
Load loaves confidently with the mechanically assisted infeed, then rely on the automatic stop to enhance safety in fast-paced kitchens. A built-in crumb drawer supports quick between-batch cleanup to keep your production line moving and your work area tidy.
