Drive consistency and throughput with this semi-automatic dough divider/rounder engineered for busy kitchens and bakeries. It manages a 3kg dough capacity and precisely divides into 54 pieces, producing uniform 0.5 oz. to 1.5 oz. portions consistently to keep recipes on spec and batches on schedule. To support sanitary workflows and clean cuts, it includes (3) sanitary plastic rounding plates and stainless steel cutting knives.
Operational flexibility is built in with a wheel mounted design and an interchangeable dough head that adapts to changing production demands.
