Product Description
This semi-automatic dough divider/rounder supports production on busy prep lines for chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers, helping coordinate portioning tasks. Its 4 kg dough capacity produces 36 pieces within a 1.25 oz to 4 oz range. Stainless steel cutting knives and an interchangeable dough head enable dividing and rounding across batches throughout daily service and production.
Three sanitary plastic rounding plates are included for setup and changeovers, and the wheel-mounted design provides mobility between stations or storage, including temporary storage between shifts. Power requirements are 120v/60/1-ph at 8 amps with a NEMA 5-15P plug, supporting straightforward connection to standard outlets.
