The Doyon KDPR22 is a knockdown, two-section roll-in proofer / retarder built to keep high-volume production on schedule. Accommodating (4) double side load racks or up to (8) single end load or (8) single side load racks, it lets teams stage full batches with minimal handling. Roll in complete racks to accelerate turns between mixing, retarding, and proofing.
A single digital touchscreen control streamlines operation with quick, intuitive adjustments and at-a-glance monitoring. The single water line and auto fill humidity work together to maintain consistent conditions without manual filling, helping staff focus on mixing, shaping, and bake timing.
