Product Description
Keep your operation moving with the load rack, single side, 12 pans capacity, for SRO2 models. With a single-side layout and room for 12 pans, this rack concentrates loading and unloading on one face to maintain a steady flow at the station. Built for SRO2 models, it fits established stations so crews can manage pans in clear sequences with fewer direction changes.
The single-side design establishes a defined access point, helping chefs, operators, and facility managers coordinate handoffs and keep movement predictable during service. Its 12-pan capacity supports batch preparation, changeovers, and retrieval without shuffling between sides. For facilities standardizing on SRO2 models, the rack brings pan handling onto one accessible face to align with existing procedures and established schedules.
