A reversing 2-speed fan circulates heat uniformly to support consistent color and doneness.
Program and repeat results with intuitive programmable controls, a delay timer for staging, and a dedicated bake timer for precision. Deploy shot or pulse steam to boost oven spring and crust on artisan breads, baguettes, and pastries, or to maintain moisture on proteins and vegetables.
Full-view glass doors and an interior light let staff verify progress without opening the oven, protecting heat and workflow. Built with a stainless steel interior and exterior and set on casters, the JA14 simplifies cleaning, service access, and layout changes on the cookline or in the bake shop.
