Front-load operation lets you position a hotel pan beneath the blades to catch every slice.
Speed through cucumbers, onions, peppers, and other firm produce to standardize salads, sandwich toppers, and batch mise en place. The front load design accepts 1/2 and full size pans up to 4" high, so you can slice directly into service pans and reduce handling.
