Designed for high-volume kitchens, it delivers uniform 3/8" cuts that help standardize portions for salad bars, salsas, and batch prep. A two-handed design promotes controlled operation across busy shifts.
Load a 1/2 or full pan up to 6" high directly beneath the blades to capture product and move pans seamlessly down the line. The removable stainless steel blade cartridge and matching pusher assembly swap out quickly for cleaning or storage, while the included cartridge wash guard streamlines washdown.
Built from stainless steel, the ARC! XL™ stands up to daily commercial use without sacrificing precision. Manual operation requires no power, making it easy to position anywhere along the prep line. It’s dishwasher safe and NSF listed to support sanitation protocols.
