The large 4.5" x 1.75" red LED display presents weights at a glance so cooks can keep tickets moving. A removable stainless steel platform stands up to daily prep and cleans quickly between tasks.
The standard 10" x 10" platform handles dough balls, cheese, and toppings; an optional 12" x 12" platform supports larger pans and trays. Measure in lbs, oz, or grams to match recipe standards and reduce waste on the make line. A wall mount bracket is included for convenient placement.
