Switch among 160.0 oz x 0.1 oz, 160 oz x 1/8 oz, and 5000 g x 1 g to meet recipe, bakery, or inventory needs. Automatic shut-off conserves power, while a low-battery indicator and field recalibration keep performance on point between services. Use it to dial in proteins, dough balls, sauces, garnishes, and batch ingredients with consistent results.
