A belt-driven, 1/2 HP electric motor pairs with a 12" forged, hardened carbon steel blade to produce smooth, uniform slices of cooked and cured meats. Its tabletop design integrates neatly into busy prep stations and service lines.
Optimize workflow with a manual gravity-feed carriage that removes quickly for cleaning. Dual ergonomic handles and a stainless steel pusher rod deliver confident control, while a Tritan clear hand guard, blade guard safety micro switch, and a safety interlock system help protect operators.
Reduce downtime with a built-in dual stone sharpener that keeps the blade ready between tasks. A removable slice deflector and the included blade removal tool streamline thorough washdowns, and a sealed housing simplifies cleanup.
