The Edvantage™ meat slicer, model EDV-9 by Edlund, pairs manual, gravity feed operation with electric, belt driven power in a 22\"L x 18\"W x 18\"H tabletop design. Its 9\" forged, hardened, carbon steel blade works with the built-in dual stone sharpener to help maintain a sharp edge and reduce downtime for edge maintenance. A removable carriage, removeable slice deflector, and sealed housing streamline cleaning and changeovers to keep your line moving.
Safety-forward details include a safety interlock system, blade guard safety micro switch, Tritan™ clear hand guard, stainless steel pusher rod, dual ergonomic handles, blue indicator light, and a safety overload switch. Durable anodized cast aluminum and stainless steel construction stands up to daily use, and the included blade removal tool simplifies service. Operating at 115v/60/1-ph with 1/4HP and certified ETL Sanitation, cULus, and UL EPH Classified, it supports efficient workflows and professional presentation for chefs
