The Eurodib USA Nemox Gelato 12K (model 38151250) is a floor-model, self-contained ice cream/gelato batch freezer built for fast, repeatable results. Deliver fresh product in 10–12 minutes per cycle with up to 19 qt (18 L) of output per hour.
An electronic control system with four preset programs streamlines training and consistency across shifts. The frontal extraction system speeds pan filling at the end of each cycle, helping maintain service flow. All-stainless steel construction stands up to demanding commercial use.
